Terms & Conditions Desy Studios:

1. Applicability:**
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between Desy Studios and the customer.

2. **Orders:**
- Orders can be placed through our website or other channels designated by Desy Studios.
- Desy Studios reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of errors in pricing, product descriptions or other circumstances.

3. **Prices and Payment:**
- All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
- Payment can be made through the payment methods offered on our website.
- Orders will only be processed after receipt of full payment.

4. **Shipping:**
- Desy Studios strives to ship orders as soon as possible after receipt of payment.
- Shipping will be made via the shipping method chosen by the customer, at the applicable rates.

5. Returns & Exchanges:**
- Please see our return policy for information on returns and exchanges.

6. **Liability:**
- Desy Studios is not liable for damage caused by the use of our products, unless this is the result of intent or gross negligence on our part.

7. **Terms & Conditions Giveaway:**
- Every month we do a newsletter giveaway for 50 euros shopping credit. Terms and conditions apply. Terms & Conditions: The winner will be randomly selected from all new entries. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash. The shopping credit will be raffled off every month, provided there are 100 new subscriptions to the Desy Studios newsletter in the same month. Desy Studios reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time.

8. **Intellectual Property:**
- All intellectual property rights relating to our products and website belong to Desy Studios.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:**
- All agreements between Desy Studios and the customer are governed by Dutch law.
- Disputes between Desy Studios and the client will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

10. **Modifications:**
- Desy Studios reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Amended terms and conditions will apply to orders placed after the date of the change.

By placing an order with Desy Studios, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
